It doesn’t in other situations; rape is illegal whether or not you film it, uncompensated consensual sex is legal whether or not you film it. Why does it make the difference between felony and legal act in prostitution? They both get paid to have sex, the only difference is one of them does it in front of a camera and the other doesn’t. What makes one of these people significantly worse than the other? “Prostitution is not illegal. Soliciting or Communication for the purpose of Prostitution is.” Selling something is legal but advertising it isn’t (while advertising other things is)? How does that make any sense whatsoever?
