What are some legal music site where I can pay monthly for unlimited music dowloads? I’m looking for legal legit sites that I can pay a monthly fee and download all the music I want and be able to put those songs on CD’s or on to my MP3 Player / iPod. Anyone know of such Services??? How come all legal documents, including laws are written in Legal Jargon?

I notice that all laws or legal documents are written using complicated Legal Jargon that often children may not understand. How come Laws and legal documents have to be written a certain way, instead of being written normally? For example: Legal documents including complex words like notwithstanding, hereafter, shall, provision, etc. If anyone is a lawyer, please answer this question.

How important is what tier law school you go to if you are planning on being a sports agent?

I definatly do not have the money or lsat score to get into many of the better law programs in the country. But several 3rd and 4th tier law schools have good reputations when it comes to sport and entertainment law. Is it more important to just find a way to get into a law school to learn about contracts, negotions, etc. if you are planning on being an agent.

What laws, regulations, legal principles are involved for human resources/employers, with regard to prohibiting workplace romantic relationships in BC/Canada? Also what recourse do employees have, are they protecting in any way from having an employer deny their right to date a coworker?
