Is it legal to sell clothes that are purchased from a wholesaler? I’m planning on starting a small business to sell imported fashion. I will only be doing this business from a rented kiosk in the mall. I’m new to this whole thing and need some help. I know a lot of people buy from wholesaler and sell them online, like on ebay, but I’m planing on doing this at a actual mall. Is this legal?
