What is the best profession in Law that an Economics graduate can pursue?

As we all know there is no “typical lawyer.” There are many “professions” within the profession of law. I have a degree in Economics and I would like to know where my training in the discipline would be maximized. Would it be when i specialize in criminal law, family law, personal injury or defective product litigation, trust and estate law, business transactions and litigation, tax law, employment or labor law, environmental law, patent and trademark law, civil rights litigation, or in other specialized areas?

I have a boy who is 16, he is being charged with murder and attempted murder. He had always been a good kid, and has had no past experience with law enforcement. I was told he was being transferred to adult courts due to the circumstances of the crime, and the law. I would like to know what law provides for a child to be tried as an adult. I am looking to set up a secure website offering people with Technical Specialities (e.g. Networking, Programming, Website design etc.) to search jobs placed by those in need of the work being done. The website will ideally have an optional escrow service which will allow the Techie to complete the work whilst knowing they will get paid (if it meets correct standards) and they buyer can place funds into an account knowing that if the work is not satisfactory there is no bill to pay. I was just wandering what kind of legal requirements, regulations and procedures there were associated with this type of service… Any help or advice would be brilliant… Thanks! Im in the UK by the way….i’m guessing the laws are different depending on the country you trade/live in.
